This app and service providers a horrible experience. First of all it defaults to 12 hours for parking at a beach access while we were on vacation at @ $160, I assuming this is intended to gather excessive fees from people based on my experience. When our time was up and we're in the process of backing up our belongings. I attempted to add another 1 hour on ensure we were ticketed for illegal parking. Only to fine out the minimum number of hours I could add was 3. Don't use and avoid!

VERY poor UI. Took FOREVER to get signed up, and then when I finally did, was unable to extend my session after several attempts. Finally, I was able to do it, but only for 1 hour, even though I only needed an additional 10 minutes (so even 30 minute option would have been acceptable). Then, when requesting a receipt after the entire session was done, it only send me for the extended time, and I could not access the original time for that receipt. And their email bounces back undeliverable.

Terrible app, awful website, even worse customer experience. If you have multiple cars, it decides which car it wants you to pay for even when you choose one. Then even after you pay, they give you a ticket and deny your appeal because they don't read. The UI is awful, loading times are bad, I really can't say anything good about it. Use other parking lots to avoid the drama they create for you.
